Robin Hood is an English folk hero said to have stolen from the rich in order to give to the poor. Redistributive taxes have long been called Robin-Hood taxes.

Robin Hood Tax UK are a campaign fighting for people affected by inequality and climate crisis, to tax the banks and the fossil fuel corporations.
